E. Perri Bird, CEO	Mr. Bird, a native of Utah, has managed IT professionals and customer service teams since his days with Ray Norda and company at Novell starting in 1987. He earned is BA in 1993 and his MBA in 1995.
Jonathan C. Felt, COO	Mr. Felt has been engaged in paperless workflow automation since he was hired to write one of the first employee benefit enrollment systems in the world. His contribution as “architect” to multiple enrollment systems grew into several manifestations from Florida to California until a company called BeneTrac.com was born and became profitable soon after 11 Sep 2001. Jonathan has pursued his passion of software architecture and workflow automation ever since.
